Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Legal Discovery Clerk to join our team on a 100% remote basis. As a key member of our discovery team, you will play a vital role in managing discovery-related tasks, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and supporting our attorneys and paralegals. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing, reviewing, and managing discovery documents, including electronic files, as well as assisting in the preparation, formatting, and organization of discovery requests, responses, and related correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: You must possess exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in legal discovery or a related role is preferred, but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in legal document management software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and procedures is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
  • Discretion and Integrity: You must be able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
