  • Optimize financial business processes such as digital banking, payments, risk management, regulatory compliance, and more, to maximize cloud benefits, promoting agility and operational efficiency.">
  • Design and deliver technical solutions that address specific financial sector complexities, such as scalability in data management, fintech platform integration, regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR), and enhanced cybersecurity.">
  • Assist in planning and executing organizational change management within financial institutions, driving stakeholder buy-in while navigating stringent regulatory requirements.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.">
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT, consulting, and/or engineering/development.">
  • Experience with engaging deeply with C-level executives to define and execute enterprise-wide transformation programs.">
  • Strong background/experience working with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g., SAFe, TOGAF, Business Capability maps, Value Maps).">
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.">
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.">
  • 12+ years of leadership experience across enterprise IT and/or consulting.">
  • Hands-on experience with cloud migration initiatives as an AWS customer or consulting with a customer on their IT transformation.">
  • Experience in financial business processes such as digital banking, payments, risk management, regulatory compliance, and more, to maximize cloud benefits, promoting agility and operational efficiency.">
