About the RoleThe main responsibility of this position is to oversee the commercial aspect between SCJ and its primary suppliers and external manufacturers in the Andean region. The objective will be to achieve the expected savings goals for the year, ensure timely payments, control inventory levels at suppliers, and guarantee the supply of materials and finished products in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain up-to-date prices and invoices from suppliers.
- Ensure material availability and manufacturing production plans from external manufacturers to meet service levels.
- Control inventories at external manufacturers.
- Guarantee product quality and compliance with external manufacturers' standards.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. In addition to salary, total compensation packages may include bonuses, long-term incentives, matching 401(k) contributions, and profit sharing based on company profitability, job level, and years of service.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in supply chain areas related to procurement and supplier management.
- A strong understanding of commercial aspects and financial analysis.
