Your Key Accountabilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Maintain and organize clear project documentation in Confluence.
- Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
- Assist QA teams by reviewing test cases and analyzing defects to validate requirements.
- Monitor project progress and align deliverables with business objectives.
- Manage and assess the impact of change requests.
- Identify risks, communicate potential issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Write and define test cases for requirements validation.
- Perform manual testing to confirm functionality meets business goals.
- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and suggest improvements.
