Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Manager to join our team at EXECUTEL. The ideal candidate will have experience in property damage claims management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and manage property damage claims with insurance companies
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients to provide updates on case progress
  • Draft and send letters of representation to insurance companies
  • Prepare settlement disbursement sheets for client approval
  • Obtain and review diminished value and total loss appraisals to support claims
  • Organize and submit demand packages to insurance companies
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize settlements for clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in property damage claims management or a similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
