Job Summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or voicemail.
  2. Receive and greet clients, applicants, and visitors, adhering to security protocols.
  3. Assist with scheduling meetings and conference rooms, ensuring seamless coordination.
  4. Coordinate the setup of conference/meeting rooms, guaranteeing a professional environment.
  5. Perform various administrative tasks, including distributing faxes, packages, and office mail as needed.
  6. Utilize tracking systems to record incoming and outgoing courier, cargo, and mail.
  7. Request office supplies and commonly used items for the location.
  8. Maintain logs of service requests and track their status.
  9. Support the creation of weekly, monthly, and official reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your proficiency in the English language and another language will enable you to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
