We are seeking a highly motivated Franchise Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential franchisees in key market areas. Your primary goal will be to initiate contact and secure meetings with qualified leads as the initial phases of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify existing businesses in target market areas that align with our franchise expansion strategy
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with potential franchisees, including cold outreach via phone and email
  • Facilitate lead qualification meetings with potential franchisees to move them forward to the next phase of the sales process
  • Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and progress in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine outreach materials tailored to franchise prospects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably with experience in franchising or within a service-oriented business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to initiate contact and establish rapport with business owners
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with a diverse group of business owners
  • Experience with CRM systems and managing outreach campaigns
