Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for reconciling SAP-GL sale tax versus Tax Office records, reconciling SAP -GL withholding taxes and Tax Office records related to Sales Transactions, and reconciling SAP- GL added VAT on sales vs Tax Office records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile SAP-GL sale tax versus Tax Office records
  • Reconcile SAP -GL withholding taxes and Tax Office records related to Sales Transactions
  • Reconcile SAP- GL added VAT on sales vs Tax Office records
  • Reconcile VAT Input between SAP-GL and Tax Office records
  • Prepare tax certificates in daily, monthly or yearly basis
  • Prepare reconciliation for the monthly closing in GL and Black Line system

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information
  • Ability to recognize problems and efficiently use available resources to find a solution
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people and across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to keep commitments and deliver under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of corporate structure and individual department functions
  • Minimum two to three years of experience in accounting, taxes and SAP Finance Application preferred
