Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per plan of care
- Monitor and document patient status, sharing updates with physicians and families
- Educate families on proper care and treatments for continuity
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior pediatric nursing experience is a plus but not required
An Attractive Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience
