- Mentor team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee workflows, resource allocation, and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Monitor key operational metrics and report insights to leadership, informing data-driven decisions.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution and maintain client satisfaction.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or operation, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent English language skills (IELTS Band 9, CEFR C2, or native) to facilitate clear communication.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and basic budgeting skills.
- Standard 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
