About the Role:
- Lead a team of QA professionals in planning, conducting, and maintaining the required level of quality expected by our clients.
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, project management, and design, to ensure seamless delivery of software products.
- Mentor and develop the skills of your team members to ensure their growth and success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and issues.
- Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and other testing documentation.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Provide input on testing strategies and approaches.
- Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices within the QA team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
