**Job Overview:**
Critical Mass is seeking a highly skilled Email Campaign Manager - Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in high-volume email marketing operations or management roles and will be responsible for designing and implementing email campaigns across various ESP platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HTML and CSS, including HTML5 and CSS3, as well as expertise in responsive design and coding practices for emails. Experience with Litmus, Email on acid or Return Path, as well as QA on mobile devices, is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement email campaigns across various ESP platforms
- Collaborate with the strategy team and other stakeholders to implement user journeys for Email Campaigns
- Maintain deployment calendars and monitor campaign deployments and deliverability across ESPs
- Manage agency and client quality assurance rounds in conjunction with the QA department
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ESP- and/or campaign-related questions or concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in high-volume email marketing operations or management role
- Proficiency with ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Validity, Jira, Workfront
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Expertise in responsive design and coding practices for emails
- Experience with Litmus, Email on acid or Return Path, as well as QA on mobile devices
