Job Title: E-Commerce Marketer

Location: Remote (EST Time Zones)

Salary Range: up to 3000 USD


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop and execute search engine strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
  • Content, Email, and Social Media Marketing: Plan and optimize campaigns for blog content, email lists, and social media channels to engage B2B customers and drive conversions.
  • Collaboration & Management: Work closely with sales, editorial, and website development teams, and manage external agencies and contractors.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate reports, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Budget & ROI Optimization: Maximize marketing performance within budget constraints, continually improving ROI.


Requirements:

  • Proven success in B2B e-commerce, specifically in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using Python and/or SQL is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B e-commerce, specifically in a need-based industry like fire supply.
  • Ability to bring fresh ideas, with potential to grow into a Marketing Manager role.
  • Strong focus on SEO and SEM marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with driving sales through SEO/SEM in a B2B context.
