You will have strong expertise in Ruby, Rails, and web scraping, as well as experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) for automation. Tackling technical challenges with precision is your strength, and you're motivated to craft solutions that make a real difference in people's professional lives.

Your approach centers on simplicity, efficiency, and measurable results. You'll communicate effectively and understand how your work contributes to the bigger picture, being open to feedback and valuing transparency in team interactions.

You will take ownership of your work, solve problems independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight. Required skills include C2 Level English, 7+ years of software development experience, and a strong background in a startup environment building web applications.

Proficiency in Rails and React are musts, and you should be able to adapt quickly to our codebase. Strong communication skills are also essential, enabling you to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively, avoiding ambiguities and misunderstandings.

The salary range for this position is $100k - $120k, offering a competitive compensation package. You will have the autonomy to focus on projects that excite you while delivering high-impact results.
