About the Job
VMS BioMarketing is seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Field Manager/HIV to lead our field-based team in providing leadership, coaching, and development to clinical nurse educators focused on educating healthcare professionals on a newly prescribed HIV PrEP therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to the clinical nurse educator team, including hiring, training, developing, and evaluating staff to enable them to be successful in their roles.
- Be a cultural and diversity champion, ensuring that the field clinical nurse educators maintain high emotional intelligence and understanding of a diverse patient population.
- Coach the team to achieve results for the business, identifying and addressing developmental needs in relation to business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and reimbursement team management, as well as other client partner teams, to align strategic goals and action planning.
- Actively participate in client training, field-based collaboration meetings, and sharing market insights and intelligence with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical field management experience.
- Current, unrestricted nursing license (RN or NP) and a valid driver's license.
- Strong clinical skills and experience with pharmaceutical business acumen.
- Demonstrated skill in communication, strategic analysis, leadership, team building, coaching, and developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the team.
