We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to GCP services, Kubernetes deployments, Terraform configurations, and other cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, provide updates on issue resolution progress, and ensure a positive support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain robust cloud infrastructure designs, architectures, and deployment strategies.
  2. Implement and manage cloud-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, including GCP services, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud-based systems.
  5. Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and client education.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a cloud computing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in GCP services, Kubernetes, Terraform, and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • GCP certification (e.g., Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Developer).
  • Experience working with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and practices (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools commonly used in cloud environments (e.g., Stackdriver, Prometheus, ELK Stack).

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
