About This Role

This is a strategic leadership position that requires a strong understanding of Colombian labor, tax, and corporate laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative management, legal compliance, or corporate governance roles within multinational companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies to meet local regulatory changes.
  • Manage relationships with local vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation and review.
  • Identify potential risks related to compliance, operations, and governance, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a key liaison with legal counsel for regulatory matters and corporate governance.
  • Represent us in discussions with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to stay informed on policy changes and advocate for our interests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative management, legal compliance, or corporate governance roles within multinational companies.
  • Proven experience as a legal representative in Colombia, with strong knowledge of local labor, tax, and corporate laws.
