Job Title: Striker Occidente

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Striker Occidente. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Impulse accounts in a given geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement agreed merchandising standards to deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products.
  • Execute defined plans store by store, in independent groceries and in retail channels, to increase sale and brand rates.
  • Build great relationships with customers to exploit opportunities and ensure Red Bull SKU's are in stock and on display at all times.
  • Implement Perfect Store standards and secure the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand.
  • Complete all necessary administration tasks on time and accurately.
Requirements:
  • University Degree.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • FMCG experience (branded or retail experience).
  • Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
  • Good selling skills: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Clear understanding of Off Premise channel (retail, impulse, non traditional).
  • Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths.
  • Has a basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and preferably mobile Field Force automation.
