The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing elegant user-centric solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on crafting features that accelerate and enrich every connection, leveraging AI-driven matching algorithms to forge more efficient and meaningful connections.

With your expertise in Ruby, Rails, and web scraping, as well as experience with large language models (LLMs) for automation, you'll tackle technical challenges with precision and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement scalable, user-friendly flows that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop data pipelines that supply essential insights, enabling our customers to make informed decisions.
  • Leverage AI-driven matching algorithms to create more efficient and meaningful connections.
  • Foster an environment of rapid iteration and feedback, contributing to a culture that values innovation, learning, and impact.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • C2 Level English proficiency.
  • 7+ years of software development experience, preferably in a startup environment building web applications.
  • Strong background in Rails and React, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our codebase.
  • Quick learner, able to communicate effectively and articulate ideas clearly.
