Job Offer:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Valledupar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and control systems
  • Coordinate and execute order fulfillment and shipping processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
