As a Senior Legal Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that reports directly to the Chief Regional Counsel. Your primary responsibility will be to review complex commercial agreements and contracts, providing expert guidance and recommendations to enhance our company processes, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing high-level tasks and contracts within the Legal Department
  • Providing expertise and support on matters outside your designated area, including projects and collaborations with other teams
  • Handling specific projects or areas of work under the Legal Department
  • Mentoring junior team members and associates
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of individual and departmental initiatives and strategy
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working with commercial law
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Portuguese knowledge is an asset
  • Experience in similar industries is highly valued
