Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team at CI&T. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and develop digital products.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and other UX design deliverables.
  • Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
  • Develop user personas and journeys.
  • Design intuitive interfaces through interactive prototypes.
  • Ensure consistency in design by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other multidisciplinary team members.
  • Own design problems end-to-end, from initial concept through to delivery and beyond.
  • Identify opportunities and serve as a key thought partner.
Requirements:
  • Native/Fluent or advanced English skills, enabling active and effective participation in meetings with diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in solving and designing successful digital products and services.
  • Knowledge of effective and user-centered UX design.
  • Proficiency in Digital Product Design Tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, etc.
  • Experience with prototyping tools: InVision, Figma, Origami, Axure, etc.
  • Solid understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to solve business challenges with design solutions.
  • Knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
