Job Title: Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at TMF Group. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse and data lake.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using various tools and technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data documentation to ensure data consistency and governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and architecture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
