At Tiktal Ou, we're on a mission to deliver memorable stories in a native format. We're looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic professional to join our ambitious marketing team as a Campaign Associate.

About the Role

We support brands launch creative activations leveraging the power of video on TikTok. If you're a starting professional with a passion for marketing looking for a new challenge and an exciting opportunity to advance your knowledge, skills, and career in a great working environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Search, and place a pool of effective social media influencers to work with brands.
  2. Be consistently friendly and communicative with talents and clients.
  3. Support and assist the Campaign Manager when necessary.
  4. Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.
  5. Work closely with the Campaign Manager to match up suitable talents for specific brand campaigns.
Requirements
  • Strong influence marketing knowledge and experience as a Campaign Associate.
  • Experience working with English-speaking markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • A highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills, and can work independently within a team-focused organization.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
