What You'll Do
As Global Consolidation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Group's global consolidation and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
include:
- Leading the monthly and annual financial consolidation process across multiple international entities.
- Preparing consolidated financial statements for the U.
S. Holding.
- Managing and enhancing the corporate chart of accounts to ensure consistency across the Group.
- Developing technical accounting memorandums for complex transactions, including revenue recognition, business combinations, and intellectual property matters.
- Maintaining and updating global accounting policies aligned with international reporting standards.
- Partnering with internal and external auditors and coordinating with outsourced accounting providers worldwide.
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of financial consolidation technology integrated with SAP, Infor, and other financial systems.
- Driving standardization, governance, and best practices across the global finance organization. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience leading financial consolidation processes.
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements for multinational organizations.
