Airswift is seeking a Solution Architect to work in Bogotá, Colombia, with a major healthcare IT consulting company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consult on all the activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation to meet client's needs.
2. Provide supervision, technical leadership, and mentorship to implementation teams.
3. Assess current system architecture and business process working with client business and IT staff to recommend solutions to improve leveraging capabilities.
4. Support preparation of use cases, business requirements, business processes and functional requirements for implementation projects.
5. Design system integration and data requirements; assist in system architecture decision.
6. Create detailed solution design documents, including system architecture, integration patterns, and data flows.
7. Design customizations that extend the core functionality of the platform, addressing unique client requirements.
8. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of proposed solutions.
9. Define and document the system testing approach.
10. Lead the technical deployment process, ensuring smooth transition from development to production environments.
11. Support creation of functional training.
12. Resolve technical problems during implementation.
13. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
14. Contribute to the development of reusable components and accelerators to improve implementation efficiency.
15. Develop compelling software demos, showcasing key features and benefits of the solution to potential clients.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum eight (8) years of experience deploying Supply Chain Management software with focus on Supply Chain Planning including Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply, Distribution Planning, and Production Planning.
2. Understand statistical forecasting for Supply Chain.
3. Demonstrated ability to transform business needs into technical solution requirements.
4. Understanding of machine learning and AI applications in supply chain.
5. Ability to design and conduct data validation programs.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML.
8. Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
9. Proficiency in Python a plus.
10. Knowledge of data integration patterns and ETL processes (Talend or Pentaho a plus).
11. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
12. Understanding of cloud architectures, preferably with AWS certification.
13. Experience in creating and delivering software demos.
14. Exceptional analytical and data analysis skills.
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with international clients.
16. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
17. Must possess maturity and customer facing skills required to manage complex projects.
18. Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is looking to make a career in supply chain management.
19. Quick thinker with proven decision-making and organizational skills.
20. Must be flexible to work non-standard hours to accommodate globally dispersed teams and clients.
21. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
22. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Relevant certifications:

1. SQL and Data Platforms: PostgreSQL Professional Certification or Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Professional.
2. Cloud Architecture: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft.
3. Salesforce: Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
4. Project Management: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.
