Job Summary Aerosapien Technologies is looking for a highly experienced Senior Electrical BIM Engineer / Coordinator to lead electrical BIM modeling, technical coordination, and construction documentation activities for international commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive electrical field experience, advanced Autodesk Revit MEP skills, and the ability to independently manage electrical BIM deliverables while coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, review, and delivery of complex electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP. Oversee electrical modeling activities involving power distribution, lighting, conduits, cable trays, equipment layouts, and electrical infrastructure. Review electrical engineering drawings, technical specifications, single-line diagrams, and construction requirements. Ensure electrical BIM models are accurate, coordinated, and suitable for construction. Conduct multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash resolution using Revit and Navisworks. Review and approve BIM modeling deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance with project standards. Coordinate with electrical engineers, project managers, contractors, and construction teams to resolve technical and installation challenges. Manage model revisions, RFIs, constructability reviews, and as-built updates. Guide junior and mid-level BIM modelers and provide technical mentoring. Support BIM execution planning, model quality control, and project delivery schedules. Participate in coordination meetings with international clients and project stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows, standardization, and modeling productivity. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; experienced electrical diploma holders may be considered for senior BIM coordination or design positions. Minimum 6 years of relevant electrical engineering, electrical construction, or BIM experience. Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP (Electrical). Strong hands-on experience with electrical installations, field coordination, and constructability requirements. Extensive experience developing electrical BIM models and construction documentation. Strong proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, equipment layouts, and specifications. Experience managing clash detection and resolution across MEP disciplines. Strong understanding of BIM standards, model quality control, and LOD requirements. Ability to independently lead BIM modeling tasks and manage project deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience on U.
S.-based commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects. Working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70) and U.
S. electrical construction standards. Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud. Familiarity with electrical prefabrication, installation sequencing, and construction coordination. Prior experience supervising electrical BIM modelers. Good English communication skills to work with U.
