Lead Data Scientist: Build the Data Function

Boldin is building its first dedicated data science function to turn data into decisions that shape product and user outcomes. As Lead Data Scientist, you will start hands-on, define key metrics, and set the standards that will guide a growing team. You will partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive decisions across the funnel, mentor data scientists, and scale the function from a hands-on expert to a strategic leader as Boldin grows.
