As a Manual QA (Accessibility Tester-Senior) at AgileEngine, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software solutions are accessible to everyone.

• Conduct accessibility audits and report violations
• Use automated tools to detect common issues and perform manual testing for deeper insights
• Test keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and dynamic content updates
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accessibility from the design phase
• Document issues, log them in bug tracking software, and create compliance reports

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in manual QA/testing with a focus on accessibility
• Strong knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and Section 508 standards
• Hands-on experience with automated tools (Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, Pa11y)
• Proficiency in manual testing using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, ChromeVox
• Familiarity with mobile accessibility testing (iOS/Android)
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Asana)
