Sr. AWS Consultant

NeuraFlash is a leading AI and Salesforce partner looking for an experienced AWS consultant to support customers in adopting Amazon Connect solutions and driving AI‑powered contact center transformations.

Responsibilities

- Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect solutions and ensure successful implementation.

- Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify opportunities to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.

- Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions.

- Facilitate business process reviews and translate high‑level business goals into actionable user stories.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing expectations and priorities.

- Work closely with Solution Architects to review and approve solution designs.

- Deliver customer end‑user training and documentation.

Qualifications

- Customer‑facing contact center experience.

- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.

- Knowledge of communications protocols and APIs (WebRTC, SIP).

- Hands‑on scripting/coding (Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and API integration skills.

- Experience with AWS services, CloudFormation, Lambda, Lex, Call‑Center Routing.

- Experience with cloud deployment tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy).

- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate or Professional, Solution Architect or Professional).

- Salesforce knowledge (Service Cloud, Einstein, Service Cloud Voice).

- Experience in technology/software sales, pre‑sales or consulting.
