Remote MEP BIM Specialist – HVAC

ENG (engbim.com) is looking for BIM Specialists focused on MEP modeling (mechanical, HVAC and plumbing) for several Business Units. The role centers on building information modeling with high LOD, quality, autonomy, and the ability to coordinate and resolve conflicts early in the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates bring Revit for HVAC and plumbing at LOD 350, Navisworks for coordination, and 2–3 years in BIM/VDC. English fluency is mandatory, and experience with US-based projects is a plus.
