Transport Planning Lead

- Oversee the administration of transport systems and tools, ensuring effective integration, issue resolution, and accurate data management.
- Coordinate and oversee delivery schedules and end-to-end transport capacity, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
- Administer transport contracts, ensuring validity, preparing agreements, supporting negotiations, and collaborating with legal and commercial teams.
- Support assigned commercial activities, contributing with operational reviews and local expertise to align operations with strategic priorities.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance and to optimize service-levels and processes efficiency.

Process & Workflow Optimization

- Lead and support transport projects, implementing solutions, enhancing workflows, and addressing operational challenges.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support their successful implementation.

Performance Analysis & Decision Support

- Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to internal departments, ensuring clarity and alignment with regional objectives.

- Proven ability to build relationships with internal departments and external partners to enhance operational efficiency.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to manage complex processes and challenges.
- Ability to balance commercial priorities with operational demands, aligning local operations with long term strategic goals.
- Proactive approaches to continuous improvement and innovation in transport practices.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management abilities, efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
