Tipo de contrato: Indefinido Horario: Lunes a viernes, turnos rotativos entre 8:00 a.m. y 7:00 p.m. (hora PST)
Nivel de inglés requerido: Avanzado (9–10)
Educación mínima: Bachillerato

? Descripción del rol

Como Customer Service Representative, serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros miembros, brindando soluciones efectivas y un servicio excepcional en un entorno de call center. Este rol requiere una combinación de habilidades técnicas y relacionales para garantizar una experiencia positiva y resolutiva para cada cliente.

? Responsabilidades principales

- Atender llamadas de miembros y proveedores con un saludo profesional

- Escuchar activamente y comprender las inquietudes del cliente

- Explicar información compleja en términos simples y claros

- Aplicar empatía y técnicas de servicio para manejar situaciones difíciles

- Procesar cambios rutinarios en seguros (dependientes, dirección, médico)

- Investigar documentos y cotizar beneficios correctamente

- Registrar información detallada en el sistema durante la llamada

- Cumplir con las políticas de confidencialidad (HIPAA)

- Apoyar en procesos de entrenamiento mediante shadowing

✅ Requisitos y habilidades

Técnicas:

- Manejo de Microsoft Office y sistemas CRM

- Experiencia en call center (preferiblemente en seguros o beneficios)

- Conocimiento en UR, Claims, COBRA, FSA, Eligibility (deseable)

Blandas:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

- Alta responsabilidad, puntualidad y compromiso

- Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas

- Actitud positiva, proactividad y orientación al cliente
