SENIOR ANALYST FP&A

We are seeking a talented individual to join our FP&A team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bogota city and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for providing trusted financial and strategic advice to drive business growth and profitability.

We will count on you to:

- Work independently under general direction, escalating issues to managers as appropriate.

- Review and analyze basic financial planning information and reports.

- Support month‑end close process by reviewing recurring and ad‑hoc reports, developing understanding of the P&L structure and analyzing variances to forecast, budget and prior year.

- Extract data from MMC’s data warehouse to support key strategic initiatives.

- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations using a variety of formats, charts, graphs and econometric models.

- Research, identify, and explain expense and operational variances to highlight areas of risk and improvement opportunities.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you need to have?

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences.

- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A and multicultural relationships with executive roles.

- Intermediate English.

- Advanced Excel skills, Oracle and Essbase knowledge preferred.

- Power BI (desirable).
