Chief Executive Officer – Construction Group (Marbella, Spain)

A fast-growing construction and development group based in Marbella is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead operations, business development, and strategic growth. The CEO will oversee multiple companies within the Group, ensuring operational efficiency, financial discipline, and quality execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Group’s structure, processes, and back‑office functions (Finance, Legal, HR).

- Oversee residential and commercial construction projects from design to handover.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and quality across multiple sites.

- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and present to shareholders.

- Build and lead high‑performing multidisciplinary teams.

- Ensure compliance with Marbella building regulations and Eurocodes.

Requirements

- 7–10 years of experience in construction/development/EPC companies, including 3–5 years in executive roles (CEO, COO, Construction Director).

- Higher education in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction; MBA is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of project management, cost control, procurement, and safety standards.

- Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of local regulations is essential.

- Confident in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.

Conditions

- Full‑time, on‑site, 5/2 schedule.

- Location Marbella , Spain.
