The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for providing end-to-end branding support, from planning to execution in alignment with LatAm Marketing Director, understanding brand needs, segments priorities and global vision & guidance. Guide & Influence brand managers to execute brand, NPD's platforms with local adaptation to support brand growth in a consistent & unified manner in a profitable way (understanding the differences and needs of different markets & brand position). Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 10-12 years with brand marketing experience, ideally within Consumer Goods/FMCG
- Experience of working with creative agencies, BTL and digital
- Experience of working with Latam markets
- Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point, AC Nielsen
- Multi mass PC Segments (Skin Care; Shaving Preps; Deodorants; Feminine Care; Sun Care) business experience is a PLUS.
- English level advanced. (Capable of leading a business presentation)
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid work model - able to commute to Bogotá (2 days onsite)
- Flexibility for travel requirements (national/international flights) - x2 per month
- Ability to lead processes/projects virtually.
- Understanding of multicultural differences across the markets in the region being respectful and careful with the way of communicating and interacting with the local teams
