Remote Senior Business Analyst — Drive Discovery

Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, our product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the intended problem. You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role when scoping and estimating new projects.
