Senior Implementation Analyst (Smart Materials)

Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia.

Responsibilities

- Project Configuration: Set up and configure Smart Materials projects and modules.

- Functional Support: Assist teams with BOM, requisitions, procurement, and other modules.

- User Management: Create user accounts, assign roles, titles, and privileges.

- Issue Resolution: Act as focal point for troubleshooting access and configuration issues.

- User Support: Help users understand system behavior and resolve errors.

- Training: Deliver hands‑on labs and walkthroughs for administrative tasks.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years in Smart Materials implementation and support roles in EPC projects.

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience with Material Management Systems.

- Ability to manage integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and Oracle APEX.

- Knowledge in Smart Material Interfaces and Modules.
