Senior Business Analyst LATAM — Remote

Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring solutions solve the intended problem. You'll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, shaping scope and estimates for new projects.
