We’re Hiring a Logistics Coordinator & Dispatch Specialist
Schedule: Full-Time AV.
Are you passionate about logistics, operations, and customer experience?
At Lean Solutions Group, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Dispatch Specialist with a strong logistics mindset to coordinate deliveries, manage dispatch operations, and ensure an excellent post-sale customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate dispatch operations, freight shipments (FTL), and store-to-store transfers.
- Manage picking lists and receiving reports for assigned stores.
- Communicate with carriers to request documentation, schedule pickups, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track shipments and notify warehouses of carrier ETAs.
- Support customers post-delivery by resolving claims, complaints, and logistics-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Sales, Accounting, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, or Supply Chain operations.
- Academic background in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with operational systems (dispatch or logistics tools is a plus).
