Delivery Director at BairesDev

What You Will Do

- Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.

- Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.

- Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.

- Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and escalated relevant issues to the VP when needed.

- Define global forecast for your project portfolio.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).

- Customer-oriented.

- Budget management.

- Software Development Management experience.

- Experience with Agile Methodologies.

- Strong communication skills.
