Tu enfoque será optimizar tareas repetitivas y elevar la eficiencia operativa. Desde el desarrollo y configuración de soluciones hasta la ejecución de pruebas y la capacitación de nuestros usuarios internos, tendrás un papel fundamental en cada etapa del ciclo de vida de la automatización. Requisitos mínimos

Funciones Esenciales

- Identificar oportunidades de automatización en procesos críticos de la empresa y colaborar con los equipos de negocio para definir los requisitos.
- Desarrollar, implementar y configurar robots utilizando herramientas como UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Rocketbot y Power Automate.
- Ejecutar pruebas exhaustivas para garantizar que las soluciones automatizadas funcionen correctamente y realizar ajustes para mejorar su rendimiento.
- Mantener y optimizar robots ya implementados, garantizando su correcta operación a largo plazo.
- Documentar procesos automatizados, incluyendo los flujos de trabajo y configuraciones técnicas.
- Participar en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de automatización a gran escala.
- Proponer mejoras y nuevas soluciones de automatización basadas en la experiencia y los resultados obtenidos.
- Capacitar a usuarios internos en el uso y manejo básico de los robots automatizados.

Competencias Técnicas

- Lenguajes de programación: Experiencia en C#, .NET, Python o VBScript.
- Herramientas de RPA: Experiencia comprobada en el uso de herramientas como UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Rocketbot, Power Automate o Blue Prism.
- Bases de datos: Conocimiento intermedio de SQL y MySQL para el manejo de datos en los procesos de automatización.
- Metodologías ágiles: Experiencia en metodologías de desarrollo ágil como Scrum o Kanban.
- Análisis de procesos: Experiencia en mapeo de procesos y mejora continua a través de automatización (BPM).

- Pensamiento analítico: Capacidad para identificar y diseñar soluciones de automatización complejas y eficientes.
- Gestión del tiempo: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos de automatización de forma eficiente.
- Comunicación efectiva: Habilidad para interactuar con equipos multidisciplinarios y comunicar claramente los requisitos técnicos y de negocio.
- Autonomía: Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente en la identificación, diseño e implementación de soluciones.
- Innovación: Proactividad para sugerir nuevas tecnologías y mejoras en los procesos automatizados.

Requisitos del Puesto

- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Electrónica, o carreras afines.
- Certificaciones en herramientas de RPA como UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere (deseable).

Experiencia:

- Mínimo 1 año y máximo 3 años de experiencia en el desarrollo, configuración y mantenimiento de soluciones RPA.
- Nivel intermedio a avanzado de inglés, con capacidad de interactuar con documentación técnica y equipos internacionales.
- Implementación exitosa de soluciones de automatización dentro de los plazos establecidos.
- Optimización del rendimiento de robots existentes.
- Aporte significativo en la mejora de procesos críticos de la empresa.
- Capacidad para gestionar proyectos de automatización de forma independiente.
