HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic and cross‑functional role within Human Resources, responsible for partnering with and advising various business units to ensure efficient structures, talent development, and the achievement of corporate objectives. This role combines strategic vision with strong operational execution, leading the processes of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Performance Management.

It is part of a new group of HR roles designed to elevate the department’s impact through solid, data‑driven, and business‑oriented methodologies. We are looking for a generalist HR professional supported by formal studies or specialisations in L&D, performance management, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

- Deeply understand business needs and translate them into actions, strategies, and talent solutions that strengthen operations.

- Provide comprehensive support in workforce planning, succession planning, and overall talent management processes.

- Serve as the owner of the onboarding process, including content creation, continuous improvement, and KPI monitoring.

- Measure the impact of learning programs by leveraging data & analytics and provide insights for informed decision‑making.

- Design, oversee, and ensure the execution of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy.

- Proactively identify staffing needs, assess risks, and coordinate actions with the Talent Acquisition team.

- Lead the company’s performance management and knowledge management processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in HR generalist roles.

- Certification or formal studies in Learning & Development, Leadership, Organizational Development, or related areas.

- Experience leading teams, preferably within Talent Acquisition.

- Knowledge of performance and talent management frameworks.

- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, influence, and strategic relationship‑building skills.

- Strong business orientation, critical thinking, and the ability to execute in dynamic environments.

- Advanced English is required.

- International or multicultural experience is an advantage.

- Experience in the logistics and transportation sectors is an advantage.
