Job Description
The Junior Payment Analyst is responsible for executing operational activities related to the supplier payment cycle within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This includes validating, recording, and reconciling invoices and payments according to corporate policies and quality standards (SLA/KPI).
Qualifications
Education / Academic Background:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable processes in corporate or shared services environments.
Technical Knowledge:
- General knowledge of accounting principles and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or equivalent ERP systems (SAP, Workday, etc.) – desirable.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounts payable analysis.
Languages:
- English B2

Additional Information
Base salary: $2,600,000
Transportation allowance: $200,000
Well-being allowance: $300,000
Language allowance: $800,000
Employment type: Permanent contract directly with the company
