Senior UX Researcher: JTBD

AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead mixed-method studies across IT & Ops initiatives, evaluating AI-enabled self-service experiences and enterprise tooling decisions. You will extend the JTBD framework and deliver decision-ready recommendations to product and operations teams. Collaborate with product, service, and operational teams to validate tooling before broader rollout, translating findings into actionable readouts and executive-level storytelling.
