The role (what you’ll do)
- Open doors with target companies (CEOs, HR/TA Leaders, Division Heads) via LinkedIn, email, and warm introductions.
- Run a simple, value-first outreach: short discovery, map pain points, and book meetings for our team.
- Coordinate intro calls, proposals, and follow-ups with Humansforce consultants.
- Share market signals (open roles, reorganisations, expansion) to sharpen campaigns.
Ideal profile
- 3–7+ years in new‑business / sales development / partnership sales (agency, SaaS, or services).
- Comfortable with prospecting and executive conversations; concise writer.
- Hands‑on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- English and Spanish fluency required; German a plus.
- Independent, trustworthy, and outcome‑driven.
Commission & earnings (high commissions)
- Commission‑only (freelance/independent contractor).
- Generous commissions on every signed client and successful hire/project.
How success looks like:
2 positions means a commission of 5,000 - 8,000 EUR

- Simple process & CRM; quick payment on cleared invoices.
Engagement model
- Freelance / autónomo (invoice us; flexible hours; remote within Europe).
- No territorial exclusivity at start; micro‑exclusivity possible on named accounts once active.
