Madrid, Colombia Jordan martorell s.l. A tiempo completo

Please note this role is available to candidates based in Spain, UK, Poland and Portugal

A career at Booksy means you’re part of a global team focused on helping people around the world feel great about themselves, every day. From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their customers arrange 'me time' moments, we’re in the business of helping people thrive and feel fantastic.

Working in an ever-changing, scale-up where things are messy, and resources are limited isn't for everyone. If you thrive in a stable environment with big budgets, clear processes and structures then, if being honest, we’re probably not for you. However, if you love bringing order to chaos, inventively solving problems, and prioritizing your own path within ambiguity, then you're likely to love it here.

We're seeking a data and business-driven Senior Product Manager for our Financial Services Stream. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about solving customer and seller problems, especially through the use of payments.

As part of Booksy, you'll actively contribute ideas and hypotheses to address problem statements related to Booksy Payments Solutions, which comprise four pillars: in-store payments, in-app payments, no-show protection, and gift cards.

You will lead the strategic New Financial Services team, scaling up Gift Cards, discounts, and promo codes. You'll also be responsible for the Booksy Wallet, the core entry point to our payments ecosystem, where merchants manage their money processed via our payment products. This role involves understanding business needs and motivations through rigorous data analysis and customer feedback, and driving growth in key business metrics by continuously iterating on product features and enhancements.

What you’ll do

- Develop and implement product strategies to increase the adoption of gift cards and promo codes, ensuring satisfaction for both customers and merchants.
- Define and execute the Booksy Wallet strategy, focusing on meeting merchant expectations regarding money flow transparency within Booksy Payments and driving widespread adoption of the solution.
- Translate product vision into reality by defining the mission, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quantifying major problems for specific parts of Booksy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan efforts that align with product goals, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate product performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement effective solutions.
- Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to drive successful product development.
- Guide the development of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level product managers through shared experiences and specific case studies.

Requirements

- Experience in the Product area with additional experience as a Senior Product Manager position, preferably in the payments domain
- Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools
- Ability to identify core issues, describe them as problem statements and effectively break them down into actionable steps, guiding the team towards efficient solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decision making.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (up to C-level).
- A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to taking charge of product domain and the ability to work autonomously
- At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
- This is a fully remote position, we take pride in being a globally distributed team.
- Private medical care - terms depends on location.
- Access to wellbeing tool - Worksmile.
- Our other benefits will vary due to your location, please ask your talent partner for more detail.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Commitment:

We work in a highly creative and diverse industry so it goes without saying that we strive to create an inclusive environment for all. We welcome people from all backgrounds and are committed to fair consideration in our hiring process. If you have any accessibility needs or require reasonable adjustments during the interview process, please contact us at belonging@booksy.com, so we can best support you.

Kindly submit your application and CV in English to ensure it is successfully reviewed.

We're proudly distributed across the globe, with each market being remote-first. Depending on which market you're joining, you might have office access or be fully remote - either works. All we ask is that you're based in the country/region this role is advertised in.
