What will you do?
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of the Bank’s AML policies and procedures, money laundering and terrorist financing issues, regulations, industry best practices, criminal typologies, and emerging trends by participating in AMLU training sessions.
- Achieve optimal service levels through prompt management and workload distribution within the team, ensuring that the scope and depth of case review activities are proportional to the client’s risk profile and aligned with the company-wide anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policy and associated written procedures.
- Ensure accurate team oversight and monitoring through performance metrics, targeting OPC standards and quality control benchmarks established for the area.
- Perform alert adjudication to close or elevate alerts for further review. Oversee analysts’ information requests from business units as needed; maintain related records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and departmental requirements within the alert management system.

What do you need?
- 4 years of experience in AML, payment operations, or financial operations.
- 1 year of experience in payment operations.
- B2 level of English
