Treasury Supervisor (CCA – Caribbean Central America)
Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia
TD SYNNEX is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to oversee, supervise, facilitate and operationally support a treasury team of analysts with the duties of daily worldwide cash and debt positioning, funds movement execution, bank balance management, cash flow forecasting & analysis, dashboard reporting, bank treasury representative relationship management, ad‑hoc treasury operational analysis, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and operationally support treasury team of analysts (55%)
- Provide leadership for team productivity and development (15%)
- Initiate and proactivity for more effective and efficient treasury operational results (15%)
- Ad‑hoc treasury operation project work or analysis (15%)
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Meet attendance and punctuality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English (B1 or higher).
- 1+ years of experience directly managing or supervising employees.
- Strong data entry and basic mathematical calculation skills.
- Attention to detail, strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable with extended periods of immobility and quick adaptation to new systems and technologies.
Other Education/Certifications
- Certified treasury professional desirable.
Working Conditions
- Professional office environment (hybrid).
- Some travel required.
- Occasional non‑standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Represent the company to customers and vice versa in sales‑oriented activities.
