**Misión**:
Desarrollar los procesos administrativos de gestión de pedidos de ventas, para conseguir un servicio óptimo al cliente en un contexto de mejora continua, trabajo en equipo y gestión autónoma, de acuerdo a los procedimientos del área

**Áreas de Responsabilidad**:
Finalidad I

Realizar la gestión administrativa de los pedidos de los clientes prestando apoyo interno y externo al equipo comercial para asegurar un adecuado servicio al cliente.
Actividades y tareas

Atender telefónicamente a los clientes.
Registrar, seguir y administrar los pedidos de venta.
Apoyo y coordinación con los comerciales

Mantener contacto con el departamento de logística para un mejor servicio al cliente

Mantener contacto con el departamento de programación para el seguimiento de la fabricación de los pedidos.
Organizar los circuitos administrativos y soportes informáticos de documentación.
Informar diariamente al equipo comercial de cualquier incidencia de producción, logística o de calidad, que pueda afectar al compromiso adquirido con los clientes

Finalidad II

Coordinar las relaciones cliente-equipo comercial

Mantener contacto con el departamento de programación para el seguimiento de la fabricación de los pedidos e informar en caso de desviaciones.
Informar diariamente al equipo comercial de cualquier incidencia de producción, logística o de calidad, que pueda afectar al compromiso adquirido con los clientes

Proporcionar documentación de los pedidos a los clientes.
(Confirmación de pedido, Certificados, p. List, facturas..)

Realizar análisis de desviaciones/defectos junto al equipo comercial

FInalidad III

Contribuir a la gestión del Área con el fin de realizar las actividades de mantenimiento y los objetivos del Plan de Gestión del Área Comercial, en los términos de calidad, coste y plazos requeridos.
Organizar los circuitos administrativos y soportes no informáticos de documentación.
Preparar soportes documentales de su sección

Participar en las actividades de mejora y objetivos del área.
Mantener y mejorar el estado de los puestos de trabajo de acuerdo al proyecto de OOL.
Aportar sugerencias o ideas de mejora.
Proponer acciones de formación para su propio desarrollo
